Free Summer Lunch Program
Free summer lunch will be available to children 18 years of age and younger this summer at the Circleville Head Start and the Circleville YMCA. Click here for a flyer with more information.

ODE and Infohio's Summer Learning Bags
ODE and Infohio have put together Summer Learning Bags for students. Each packet includes activities to help parents keep their children's reading skills sharp with fun summer activities arranged around five themes.  Each Beach Bag includes two free "little books" you can print, two related activities and list of picture books for further reading. Kids on Campus
Kids on Campus, hosted by Ohio Christian University, is a summer enrichment program for students who are interested in improving their math, science, technology or visual arts skills through exciting, hands-on learning activities. It will be held in June for students in grades 1-4. Click here for a flyer/registration form with more information.

Kindergarten Registration
Kindergarten registration for the 2014-2015 school year took place at Scioto the first week of April. If you missed it, stop by the school between 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. to register your child. Children may register for kindergarten if they will be 5 on or before August 1, 2014. Documentation required for registration: Child’s Birth Certificate, Immunization Record, Proof of Address and Custody Papers, if parents are divorced or legally separated. While there, parents will be asked to fill out a registration packet. If you would like to fill it out prior to registration, stop by the school's office or click here for a printable copy of the registration packet. For the 2014-2015 school year, kindergarten students will be in school every day for the full school day, which is 9 a.m.-3:35 p.m.
