DARE Graduation
The 5th grade students participated in a DARE graduation ceremony on January 28. In order to graduate from the DARE program, students were required to write an essay about what they learned from DARE and read it in front of their classmates. A winning essay was chosen from each classroom and the top two overall read their essays during the graduation ceremony. The winning essay writers included Megan Lawless - 1st place, Shaleigh Payne - 2nd place, Katie Stone and Bryce Beckman.
