As our district continues to experience significant growth, we have reached a point where some of our school buildings are at or have exceeded their capacity. To ensure we provide the best possible learning environment for all our students, it is necessary to implement a redistricting plan for the 2025-2026 school year.
To assist us in this process, we are working with Cropper GIS, a company specializing in school redistricting. They have worked with school districts such as Dublin, South-Western, Lakota, Westerville, Huber Heights, Beavercreek and Kings Mills. Together, we will develop a plan that addresses the overcrowding issues by more evenly distributing students across our district’s schools.
We understand that redistricting can bring about many questions and concerns, and we want to ensure that parents/guardians and community members are fully informed and involved in this process. Two meetings were held to present information about the process and the details and maps:
