
The Ashville Elementary 1st graders organized a donation drive to support the Pickaway County Animal Shelter. Thanks to their hard work and the generosity of our community, we were able to collect much-needed supplies for our furry friends.


A group of TV staff members wrapped up Orton Gillingham training today. This training is a structured approach to helping struggling readers. The skills gained and reviewed during this training will be invaluable for our students!






Congratulations to the TV treasurer’s department, which is led by treasurer Trey Fausnaugh. They were honored by the Ohio Auditor of State with the Auditor of State Award at tonight’s Board of Education meeting. Of the 6,000 entities that are audited each year, this award is only given to the top 10%. We are grateful for this department for their dedication to the district and its finances.


We would like to welcome Deputy Brian Arnold to our School Resource Officer team. He will be responsible for Ashville Elementary School, Walnut Elementary School and Teays Valley East Middle School.

Summer learning camps wrapped up today with some music therapy, outdoor phonics,cooperative game play, cooking and popsicles. The students had a great time sharpening their learning and life skills.











Due to a scheduling conflict, the Teays Valley High School FOR Club pickleball tournament will now be held on Wednesday, May 8, from 6-9 p.m., with games starting at 6:30. All games will be played at the TVHS tennis courts. If you would like to be a part of the tournament, sign up here:
