Thanks to generous donations from Viking Nation to our annual Stuff the Bus food drive, we donated 1,000s of food items to the Ashville Food Pantry this morning!
Thank you to the Teays Valley High School boys soccer team for helping to unload the bus!


Reminder - the next early release day for MS and HS students will be this Wednesday, October 4. During this time, staff members in grades 6-12 will be participating in professional development aligned to Ohio's Plan to Raise Literacy Achievement at the secondary level.
Students will still receive bus transportation home, but they will be arriving home two hours early.
**These early release dates will not affect the elementary students' schedules.

We are thrilled to announce that Walnut was named a National Blue Ribbon School by the U.S. Department of Education! They are one of just 19 schools in Ohio to receive this prestigious award. Friday night was TV Educational Foundation night at Viking Stadium. The Foundation presented a check to the district committing to award $284,000 throughout the 2023-2024 school year in classroom grants and scholarships. We are grateful for this organization that does so much for our students and staff!

Please help us stock the shelves of the Ashville Food Pantry through our annual "Stuff the Bus" food drive! We will be collecting donations at all of the TV school offices until September 28. Donations can also be dropped off at the bus outside of the Homecoming football game on September 29.
